Hello SoCal Hoops Families!

I am pleased to announce that we had a very successful Winter Training Program with over 10 committed players (check out the video clips below). 

Also, I am pleased to say that we have secured additional gym time to offer a new specialized basketball training targeted for elementary, middle school, and high school players.  We will be focusing on SKILLS development, PERFORMANCE training, and MENTAL strength.  No other program offers these training options with certified and qualified coaches.    

All of our coaches are certified under their training expertise.  Several coaches from our staff also hold PhDs, Master, and undergraduate degrees in sports and clinical psychology, kinesiology, and exercise science.  

During this on-site training program (primarily indoors), we will be practicing social distancing, using hand sanitizer, and wearing masks as much as possible.  Also, we will limit physical contact between players as well.

Pilot program (no fee for initial session) starts this Sunday January 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m.-2:30p.m. located @ Iron Dust Crossfit Center 9144 Jordan Ave. Chatsworth, CA 91311.

PLAYERS CAN ATTEND AS MANY HOURS AS THEIR SCHEDULE PERMITS!​
TRAINING SCHEDULE @ Iron Dust Cross-fit Gym located at 9144 Jordan Ave. Chatsworth, CA 91311.   
  • We will be using portable basketball goals from www.360Shooter.net at the facility and have plans to install a permanent goal.
  • All of the training sessions will be held at Iron Dust Cross-fit Gym.
  • There will be some optional training sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings where we will be running full court at a different facility in Chatsworth.

Here is the full schedule: 
  • Sundays: 3:30p.m.-5:00p.m.
  • Mondays: 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 7:30p.m.-9:00p.m.

18 Total Available Training Hours Per Month 
Standard rate = $450 ($25/hr)

(Other trainers charge $30-$50+ per hour)

We are offering this training program for only $225/month (that's an incredible price of only $12.50/hr).  All members gain free access to the Fight ON! Mentality (value of $29.95/month).
