What’s New for 2025?
- Strategic Partnership with Build Your Way Elite (BYWE): As the Director of Basketball Operations for the new basketball program Build Your Way Elite, Coach Randy has partnered with the BYWE to provide more local, regional, and national exposure for the players. BYWE will be participating in the Puma NXT Pro Circuit for AAU seasons.
- Enhanced Training Facilities: Access to upgraded gyms and advanced equipment to maximize player development, this includes the world class training facility of Young LA and other HS gyms.
- Expanded Technology Integration: Improved data tracking and performance analytics for precise progress measurement. You'll see more advanced technologies and tools to measure athletic performance.
- Specialized Training Modules: New drills and techniques focusing on GAME PREPARATION THROUGH PERFECT REPETITION.
- Increased Session Flexibility: Additional training slots to fit busy schedules.

Core Training Sessions
- Twice-weekly sessions emphasizing perfect repetitions and team concepts.
- 1-hour each on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7:00-8:00 p.m. or 8:00-9:00 p.m.).
- Weekly sessions focused on individual skill refinement and athletic conditioning.
- 1-1.5 hours per weekend (Saturdays: 9-10a.m., Sundays 3:00-4:00p.m. or 4:00-5:00p.m.).
- Comprehensive online curriculum and communication tools ($4,995 value).
